WHAT IS A BIRTH DOULA?
A birth doula is a childbirth professional that is experienced and professionally trained to support mothers, birth-givers and families during their prenatal period, throughout the labor and birthing experience, and the immediate postpartum period. We offer continuous emotional, physical, educational and informational support, as well as advocacy for both the mother, birth-giver and partner.

I offer a variety of support services personalized for each client. Depending on when you hire me, I provide advice on everything from nutrition and exercise to developing a birth plan and picking the right birthing facility.
BIRTHING GUIDANCE
Offering Support
With my Birthing Guidance, I offer unwavering support to you and your family before, during and after birth. I will stay in close contact in order to routinely check how you’re doing and step in with anything you might need.
POSTPARTUM SUPPORT
Here for You
Pregnancy, birth and the early days of child rearing can be very scary and stressful. My role with my Postpartum Support service is to ensure you get the best information and care possible. No matter when you need me, I will be there offering support.
PRENATAL VISITS

I take on a limited number of clients at any one time to make sure I can give you the full care and attention you deserve. By offering Prenatal Visits, my goal is to reduce any stress, allowing you to pay attention to your body and your baby.

2 prenatal intake sessions (in person or virtual)
Create birth plan/wishes
Coaching of breathing techniques
Practice of preferred laboring positions (partner included if applicable)
Pain management coaching & meditation
In person or virtual birth support at active labor
2 hours postpartum support immediately after birth
1 postpartum home visit
unlimited email, text, and phone support

POSTPARTUM PACKAGE
Daytime support- 4hr min @ $40.00 per hour
Night/weekend support- 6hr min @ 50.00 per hour
Caring for baby while you rest/shower/eat
Help with infant wearing, feeding and soothing
Meal preparation
Help with laundry
Kitchen tidying
Grocery shopping/errand running
